Support

One year of technical support, bug fixes and product updates are included with the purchase of a license to use Efficiency Rate. To determine your maintenance term, check the email containing your activation key. The date is formatted as "Support ends YYYY.MM.DD".

 

Getting Help


Other resources on our site include product documentation and a Custom Search box at the top of every page, which allows you to search the entire site or limit results to the forums or documentation pages. We also provide a form to contact us if you need additional assistance.

When contacting the Technical Support group, please have the following:

  • Product release level
  • Hardware information
  • Available memory, disk space
  • Operating system
  • Problem description
  • Error messages/log files
  • Troubleshooting performed prior to contacting Precision Instruments
  • Recent software configuration changes and/or network changes

 

Notification of Updates


Bug fixes and product updates are delivered in new builds available on our site.

We recommend you visit our site periodically to obtain the latest build of Efficiency Rate.

You can join our mailing list if you want us to notify you of new builds via email. Though we do not send email for every build, we do for the significant ones. We do not give, sell or trade email addresses.
